We review the polymer, filament specification, target output, line speed, stretching and heat-setting requirements, winding format, available utilities and plant constraints before defining the line configuration. The scope can include process design, equipment integration, factory testing, commissioning, operator training and production start-up support for both new entrants and experienced monofilament producers.

• Define the line configuration from polymer, end product, filament diameter, target output and line-speed requirements
• Manufacture and integrate the extrusion, cooling, stretching, heat-setting, winding and required auxiliary sections for the selected process
